Pre-Orders:

Our first drop is available exclusively as a pre-order. This means your items are being made just for you!

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Once pre-orders are ready, they’ll ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

  • We currently ship within Canada 

RETURN POLICY

  • Because items are made-to-order, we currently only accept returns for damaged or defective items.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in those cases.
