A pre-order means you’re purchasing the item before it’s officially in stock. We produce your pieces after the order is placed, which helps reduce waste and ensure you get something made just for you.

Please allow 3–4 weeks from the time of your order for production and shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Since pre-orders are made-to-order, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
